The property is not a single family home and has people living in the back portion of the house. This should definitely be noted in the description of the rental as it is is not stated anywhere that other people would be there on the property.

Very spacious. Close walk to the trolley stop & beach! Cute neighborhood. Great spot for a little get away trip with a group of friends or family!

Girls trup

The carpets need to be replaced the couch is broke and uncomfortable. The two rooms upstairs have ski lights so rooms are bright very early in morning. Could be a great place needs some tlc.

Sister trip to Maine

Property could use some TLC, the yard needed attention and walkway to house was not good for large suitcases . There was, lots of room for all of us, beds were comfortable. The living sofa was broken and not comfortable and the carpet was dirty. The house had minimum supplies. Wish I could a better review but first impression was not good.

Family vacation in Old Orchard Beach

The property perfectly housed our family of 9. A few changes to usage areas would have allowed for our family of 13, had all chosen to attend. We would have enjoyed more and better pots and pans. Also, a good cleaning of the couch would perk up this central furniture item . That being said, it's a house, neighborhood and location that your larger family can really enjoy. We easily walked to OOB, a grocery store and restaurants.
