Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Clean grill and utensils if used. Guests will be charged extra if cleaning crew has to clean it
If you noticed something you really liked and/or something we could have done better please leave us a personal note as well.
Make sure all outdoor games, furniture and kayaks are put away if used.

What a beautiful peace of property. The house was extremely clean and there was plenty to do. The home was inviting and homey. The beds were so comfortably. The coffee station was nice extra touch. I wished we had more time to stay. We will definitely book again.

We somehow were lucky enough to be the first ones to stay and I have nothing but outstanding things to say. The attention to detail was impressive from the charging station to the coffee station. Spices, plenty of towels, dishes, etc! The property inside and out is beautiful. The home is decorated beautifully as well. Everything was so clean. Checking in and out was painless. Phoebe, the host, was fantastic too! We will absolutely be back in the near future. We came to spend the weekend at Hart springs. Highly recommend that as well!
