Excellent First Visit To Corsica

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The grounds and pool were also well maintained and never too busy. There was a large supermarket and a couple of restaurants within walking distance of the property. We especially enjoyed visiting the town of St Florent which was about a five minute drive away. The beach at St.Florent was also our favourite.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! L'appartement est bien équipé, idéalement situé (notamment Saint Florent à deux pas), l'idéal pour des vacances en famille ! Le propriétaire a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour l'arrivée en toute autonomie au logement (très pratique) et nous a permis de profiter de la piscine jusqu'à l'heure de départ souhaitée.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Sie liegt sehr schön und ist ca. 3 km von St. Florent entfernt. Ein Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants liegen in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, nicht zuletzt auch durch den lieben Empfang von Cécilia und den netten Anruf des Vermieters. Gerne wieder.

Un appartement qui sent la propreté. Un équipement sans faille, très très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Que dire de la gentillesse de Carla et Philippe des personnes exceptionnelles qui ne pensent qu'au bien être de leurs hôte. Pour la Corse du Nord retenez cette adresse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

superbes vacances dans un cadre magnifique

Tout était conforme aux descriptions, et aux avis. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le contact que nous avons eu dès notre arrivée avec Philippe. Cette résidence très bien entretenue est calme et sans promiscuité. Non loin de la mer, du supermarché, et de St Florent, c'est l'endroit idéal pour passer des vacances très confortables. Nous confirmons à Philippe être allés à l'auberge de Campo di Monte à Murato. Belle soirée!!! Nous reviendrons chez vous.

La première, mais sans doute pas la dernière fois!

Mention 5 étoiles haut la main ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour: dans l'appartement, tout était conforme, que ce soit aux photos ou aux dires de M. Goaer lors de notre entretien téléphonique. Appartement propre et très bien équipé, voire même au-delà de nos attentes. Literie confortable. La situation est idéale, résidence calme bien que pratiquement pleine à cette période. Nous avions lu d'autres commentaires et pris notre parasol + le pied afin de ne pas avoir de mauvaise surprise à la piscine, et bien nous en a pris. Ce serait peut-être la seule chose à améliorer, étant donné que seuls 2 transats étaient abrités du soleil... donc très prisés :-) En bref, à recommander les yeux fermés ! Merci Philippe et Carla de nous avoir accordé votre confiance. Merci également à Cécile pour l'accueil.

LOCATION EXCEPTIONNELLE

L'appartement est un petit nid douillet dans lequel il ne manque absolument rien. Tout est fait, pensé, organisé pour nous satisfaire. La décoration est soignée, les équipements, nombreux, sont de qualité et facilitent le quotidien. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la plancha. Il est idéalement situé à quelques pas d'un supermarché et à quelques minutes en voiture de St Florent. Il est en retrait et permet d'apprécier le calme. L'espace piscine avec ses chaises longues offre de bons moments de détente, notamment après une longue randonnée dans le désert des Agriates. Les propriétaires sont très attentifs à notre confort. De même l'accueil réservé à notre arrivée est très chaleureux. Nous recommandons un restaurant à Olmette di TUda au "Jardin d'Antoine", un bonheur pour les yeux et les papilles....Notre séjour à St Florent nous a tellement enchanté que nous revenons en septembre et dans la même location...nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous !

trés content de cette location

très bonne location, très calme, idéale pour se reposer. piscine très propre, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. de plus, ils mettent à disposition tout le nécessaire de produits (éponge, papier toilettes, produits vaisselle et lave linge, même une glacière) ce qui n'est pas rien. en revanche, je mettrais un bémol à l'agent d'accueil, pour ma part, nous avons attendu 2 h avant qu'elle arrive, et concernant l'appartement, elle ne nous avait pas montrer la lingerie ni expliquer que les vélos appartenait à la résidence et non au propriétaire. ceci n'est pas grave, mais il est important de savoir ces quelques renseignements afin de pouvoir bénéficier du lave linge.je recommanderais quand même cette location proche de st florent et je garde moi même cette adresse.

Très agréable et très bien

Cette résidence de standing, proche de commerces est située à quelques minutes de St Florent. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux et très bien agencé. Il ne manque rien, y compris les produits de premières nécessités à l'arrivée des résidents. La résidence est au calme, agrémentée par une piscine bien entretenue. Quoi de plus agréable au retour de randonnées ou découvertes en Haute Corse! Merci à M GOAER pour sa gentillesse et son accompagnement durant la réservation. Nous n'oublions pas également Cécile, présente lors de notre arrivée.

Résidence de standing très agréable, calme à deux pas de St Florent proche d'une grande surface a pleinement répondu à nos attentes. L'appartement, lumineux super bien équipé, décoré avec goût et impeccablement entretenu. La literie est parfaite. La grande piscine nous a permis de profiter pleinement du soleil au rendez-vous. Un propriétaire très à l'écoute et faisant preuve de beaucoup de professionnalisme. Cet appartement nous a comblé au retour de nos superbes balades qu'offrent la Corse du Nord. Petite résidence de standing très agréable dans un cadre calme avec vue sur le maquis mais proche des commerces essentiels et de St Florent. L'appartement, spacieux, est décoré avec goût et impeccablement entretenu. La literie est parfaite. L'équipement est très complet, rien ne manque même les produits de première nécessité à l'arrivée. Piscine et espaces verts entretenus journellement. L'appartement est en tout point conforme à la description. Excellent accueil du propriétaire très à l'écoute de ses locataires. un quartier résidentiel calme et sécurise par un portail à l'entrée , à l’écart de la foule mais proche des commodités (magasin restaurant) ,bien situé pour visiter le nord de la corse (Calvi le cap corse Bastia st Florent) une piscine très ensoleillée ( peut être trop pour certains un ou deux pieds de parasol seraient utiles )un appartement ou il ne manque rien avec une déco très sympa bref la location parfaite
