It is 4.6 km from the city of Olhão, a city with a beautiful waterfront, marina with modern equipment, municipal market, shopping center, Health Center, varied shops, and a wide range of restaurants, bars, terraces and recreational and cultural spaces. It also has a pier from which boats depart - and arrive - connecting to the different islands of the Ria Formosa – Armona, Culatra, Hangares, Farol and Deserta.
Beautiful beach, FUZETA, 14 km, 20 minutes, by car from Vila Coelho. Located 9.4 km from Faro, capital of the Algarve, which has a beach, airport (five km from the center of Faro), and train station. The Property offers a transfer service to and from the Airport at an additional cost.

- Please be aware of noise between 10pm and 8 am.
- The municipality of Olhão charges a tourist tax which is 1,50€ (1 November - 31 March) or 2€ (1 April - 31 October) per person / per day (up to a maximum of 5 days), except for guests under 16 years old, that are exempt from payment. This charge will take place at the check-in. It is not included in the reservation.

Check-in after 10pm:
- Until 00h - €20 / - 00h - 2am - €30

- A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 200€ will be asked before check-in. The damage deposit is refundable a 2/3 days after check-out, if no damage is done to the property.

- Given the exterior characteristics of the house, it may be necessary for a gardener to come during guests' stay.
