Holiday House Giada with pretty veranda

Magnificent villa at the foot of Mount Corrasi, from which you can admire it in all its majesty. The villa, 1 km from the town, is located within an estate of just over a hectare, surrounded by fruit trees and a forest of trees typical of the Sardinian flora. The villa consists of a large covered veranda where you can relax and eat outside, with laundry box and a second porch with swing. Inside the large room is equipped with air conditioning and a kitchen complete with every appliance, attention to detail. On the lower floor, which can be reached via an internal staircase, there is the large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a comfortable desk, a large wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. For the winter the house is heated by pellet stove on the upper floor and electric radiators on the lower floor.

The house is located a few minutes from the charming springs of Su Gologone, a starting point for kayaking trips on the Cedrino river, and about 30 km from the beaches of Cala Gonone. Casa Vacanze Giada will be an excellent starting point to discover the Barbagia, enjoy the most authentic flavors and live in 360 houses. Sardinia.

Die Terrasse am Haus hat 5 Sterne verdient, sie ist groß und hat eine herrliche Aussicht. Die Sonne kommt Ende September allerdings wegen dem Berg erst ca. 10 Uhr zum Vorschein und es ist schon sehr frisch (18 Grad C).Die beste Zeit war am Anfang des Urlaubs, da waren es im Tal noch über 30 Grad C und oben auf der Terrasse war es angenehm.Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, sauber und renoviert.Zum Bad muss man immer ein paar Stufen hinunterlaufen, außer vom Schlafzimmer aus.Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, sprechen aber nur italienisch.Ein Stern weniger, weil das Nachbargrundstück für Feiern aller Art am Wochenende genutzt wird.Freitag und Samstag wird aufgebaut oder gefeiert und da wird dann laut Musik gespielt. Das kann dann bis 4 Uhr Nachts sein. Sonntag wird aufgeräumt und das Nachbargrundstück ist wieder voller Autos.Ich habe in 14 Tagen zwei Geburtstage und ein Karaokekonzert erleben dürfen.Da es nur einen schmalen Weg nach oben zum Haus gibt, hofft man ständig, dass kein Auto entgegen kommt.
