Our quiet little slice of the Catskills is the perfect retreat! Located on 10+ wooded acres with private creek access. 3 level home: top floor has the main bedroom with queen bed and private deck, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a shared bathroom. Middle floor has full kitchen, dining room and cozy couch by the fireplace as well as second bathroom. Lower level has a bedroom with a queen bed, a kid's room with 2 twin beds, big comfy couch, TV and a washer/dryer.
The space
A private outdoor shower with hot water, two firepits and an indoor fireplace (with complimentary firewood). Plenty of shallow areas for kids to safely play in the creek as well a playground to keep them occupied within eyesight. Three exterior decks allow ample views of nature. Plenty of books, toys, games and activities for all ages. Home is privately situated without a neighbor in sight!
