We had a great stay at this hotel. The service was amazing with very friendly and helpful staff. It is in a great location. You can walk to the train statin in 10 minus. The room was very clean and comfortable with everything you might need. I would absolutely come back here and definitely recommend this place.

We loved our stay here. The property is just a few minutes walk from the town square but in a much quieter spot and with a view of the ruins. Its fairly new and the rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast was good, though lacked a little variety. The team here are incredibly friendly and helpful and made us feel like valued guests. I would recommend requesting a first floor room if possible as there was some noise from the room above us. You will also hear the train horns sounding down the valley which are quite loud, though you will get this anywhere you stay in this town.

My stay was amazing. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location relative to the center of town is perfect - not too far out (5 minute stroll to the main markets), but far enough to be relaxing. The actual space was open and calming. My room had an incredible view, was spacious, and well kept. Would absolutely stay again.

The comments of others about hot water and room heat are on the money. We found only luke warm water available after 10 pm to 5 am, and room heating was not included as we did not know to ask for it and pay for it, ahead of time. Breakfast was included, good and on time. This is a nice family owned hotel that is not part of the Tierra Viva chain in other Peruvian cities.

What a beautiful property! Alex and all the staff were very helpful and attentive. The location was great, a short walk to town and wonderful mountain views. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of blankets and pillows for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was included and the homemade bread was so delicious!! There was shampoo, soap and a blow dryer in the room. We took a Tuktuk to the train station that was set up by the hotel staff. They also had a driver pick us up from the airport! Will definitely stay again the next time we are in Peru! Thank you Alex and all the staff!
