A dedicated playroom with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a DVD collection is also located on this floor, alongside a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the main level.
