Dear Anonymous, thank you very much for your feedback. We are very sorry but our building including the terrace is completely renovated. The view to the courtyard we cannot influence because other buildings have differents owners. Your room has been cleaned every day during your stay properly. We didnt have any notes from your side and even from our housekeeping staff that you had a problem with the shower. Spa entry is not included in the room rate, the information is clearly noted on our webpage. There are some days that Spa centre is full and we reccommended the reservation but usually during the day is not fully booked. Breakfast offer correspondences with 4 star intenational level, no czech food. You requested the reception in order to help you with booking the train tickets. The webpage of Regiojet had a problem therefore the reception staff kindly requested you if you could come later. We have provided to you an extra service, booked the train tickets, printed and brought the tickets to your room. By checkout you didnt mentioned any complaints, our receptionist even helped you to call and solve some issue with the pharmacy in the city. The cockroach in Czech Republic is not really any standard, somebody had to bring it in a luggage, usually from Asia, Africa, USA etc... As hotel has to adhere to strict hygiene guidelines, is not possible. I´m very sorry that your didnt enjoy the stay in our hotel as you wished but we do everything as we should provide in 4 star hotel.
