MOONSTONE: Comfy 1BR Flat | 5 mins from Subic w/ NETFLIX

Moonstone is one of the several apartment units in 3 Kessing Street. It is where my family lives.

This is a walk up 3rd floor apartment. You will have the ability to live comfortably and exercise daily by using the 4-flight 6-step each stairs more often.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with fresh linens and towels. An air-conditioner, 43" Full HD Smart TV with NETFLIX plus cable (Cignal cable provider) and DVD player is also setup inside the bedroom for ease of use. I also left some DVDs inside the ottoman that you can watch when you are just having a lazy night in your apartment.

Two guests can fit comfortably in the queen-sized bed.
For groups of three, we will only be setting up a fold-up mattress upon request.

For groups of 4, a different pricing will be indicated in your booking (additional Php 300.00 per night per person after 2 guests). A queen-sized fold-up mattress will automatically be prepared.

The bedroom has no window because of location limitations but don't be afraid of suffocating, get up from your bed and go to the shared balcony outside. It promises A LOT of natural sunlight and fresh air!

BATHROOM:
A water heater is available in the bathroom so you can choose your desired water temperature when using the shower.

I provide basic toiletries--shampoo, bath cream and toilet paper rolls. If you ever forget to bring your own toiletries, just let me know. I am a hoarder so I might have exactly what you need!

The bathroom is an ensuite so yes, your guests will have to go through the bedroom to use the restroom. A little odd I know but hey, at least you're just 5 steps away from the restroom if you need to pee at wee hours of the night!

KITCHEN:
The kitchen boasts a complete set of amenities for those who just want to stay at home and eat home-cooked meals.

• Knife, chopping board, can opener, ladle
• Casserole, frying pan

DINING AREA / LIVING ROOM:
The dining area cum living room is spacious enough for out-of-bed relaxation times. Please refrain from keeping the bedroom door open while the bedroom AC is open. Just use the pedestal fan.

BUSINESS TRAVELERS:
The property is at the center of Olongapo City, a 10-minute drive to Subic. The area is accessible 24/7 using different modes of transportation. This is an ideal place to crash when you have businesses to attend to either in Olongapo or Subic.

You will have no problem with WiFi as my Internet Service Provider (ISP) is Converge at 25mbps, one of the ISPs that provide fast and reliable internet service in Olongapo. If you ever need to reset the WiFi, don't tire yourself looking for the router inside your apartment, you will never find it. Text me and I'll reset it for you.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Olongapo apartment.
