This Black Lake Sandy Shores beautiful Olympia beach house is waiting for you at this adorable 3-bedroom estate. Inside, guests find a comfortable king bed, two queen beds, and a twin bed, perfect for families or groups. With three bathrooms, everyone enjoys plenty of space and privacy. The home stays cozy with heating and air conditioning, making it a great retreat any time of year. Dont forget the outdoor lighting, Hot tub, infa red sauna and a small workout room. The house has a natural sandy beach with available kayaks and stand up paddleboards to use. The lake offers great fishing as well as lots of recreational activities. The beach area has been improved for an incredible sandy beach swimming area great for relaxing or having the kids play. Multiple Lounge Chairs, or hammocks or gliding chairs to get comfortable and watch West facing world class sunsets. The rental includes use of a 30 foot dock with boat whips to tie up any boat under 10,000 pounds. The estate also has a large jet ski e-z dock that may be used for your own PWC. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this quaint estate offers a welcoming atmosphere. Some Things to know about the property.
This property sits on 3.4 acres with wetlands to one side and only one neighbor. Most of the year it is incredibly quiet, peaceful, and a nature filled escape. However, in the summertime during very hot days the lake may become very busy. Many people come from around Thurston county to use this as a recreational lake as it is by far the best lake in Thurston County. Do not be alarmed if there is loud music coming from peoples boats. Most times these busy times are usually just for a brief period.
