Studio condo #154 is an ideal retreat for those seeking a ski-in/ski-out experience. This sunny 570 square foot studio is perfect for a couple, a small family or a couple of friends. Located right on the slopes, this cozy condo offers both comfort and convenience for your vacation.

Upon entering this spacious studio, you'll find the kitchenette and living space first. The living space is a great gathering zone after your day of playing outside. The sleeper sofa adds a spot for family or friends.

The kitchenette comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is no oven. The bathroom is roomy with plenty of counter space and an oversized tub/shower.

The queen bed has a wooden bed frame and the sleeping area is thoughtfully separated from the living space by a sliding door. The wooden dining table is adjacent and seats four with valley views.

Studio condo #154 offers unparalleled slope-side access. Located very close to legendary lifts KT-22 and Wa She Shu. In the summer enjoy easy access to hiking, biking, and golfing.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking.

**When Palisades Tahoe Resort is open with sufficient snow, Palisades Tahoe Lodge offers true Ski-in/Ski-out access to world-class terrain. Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.

This condo offers its guests ski-in/ski-out access, a hot tub, and a sauna. A fitness center, barbecue grills, and a garden are also featured at this condo.
