⁃ The Village at Palisades Tahoe is a year-round luxury resort property — please respect shared resort amenity hours and rules
⁃ 24-hour front desk: guests may ship gear (bikes, skis, sports equipment) ahead of arrival. Label the box with your phone number — the front desk will call you when it arrives.
⁃ Underground parking is standard clearance — oversized vehicles may need alternate arrangements
⁃ Resort hot tubs, saunas, and fitness rooms are shared with other guests at the Village
⁃ Please treat the condo and resort amenities with care during your stay

☀️ HOUSE RULES

• No smoking indoors
• Quiet hours 10pm–8am
• No parties or events
• Respect resort amenities & hours
• Treat the condo with care during your stay
• Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $700 fee.

• Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.

• Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

• Take shoes off before entering the property.

• Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.

• Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

• Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

• No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

• Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.

• A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 11:30 or later on day of checkout (unless previously approved in writing from Nomad).

This condo offers its guests ski-in/ski-out access, a sauna, and a fitness center.

This Olympic Valley condo is smoke free.
