Upon entering this condominium, you'll find a large
gathering zone that incorporates living, kitchen and dining space. A fireplace, television, and comfortable sleeper sofa you’ll want to sink into, as well as an oversized leather club chair, and another lounge chair all create a wonderful atmosphere to kick back with family or friends.

The full kitchen is also a part of the open room. Upon entry, to your right you’ll find the area fully equipped with cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove top and full oven. There is plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar with barstools. The dining table has seats four with the nearby coffee table able to take care of some extras if friends drop in for a bite.

One bedroom has a wooden king-size bed, dresser, television, and full bathroom nearby. Bedroom two has two beautifully crafted wood twin beds. It also has an en-suite bathroom with two vanities.

If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic (cross-country) skiing are of interest, they are all nearby.

Don’t assume it’s only about winter access at this condo because summer grants easy access to hiking trails, biking trails that take you all the way to the shoreline of Lake Tahoe, just six miles away. Shirley Canyon is around the corner (just up the mountain from where you’re staying!). Biking, hiking, and 72 miles of Lake Tahoe’s shoreline or boating or several nearby Tahoe golf courses await your adventure planning.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.

This condo offers its guests ski-in/ski-out access, a hot tub, and a sauna. A fitness center, barbecue grills, and a garden are also featured at this condo.
