Experience breathtaking views of Palisades Tahoe from the 6th floor of Everline Resort and Spa. Nestled in Olympic Valley and just a short walk from the slopes, this ski-in/ski-out condo offers the ultimate winter adventure.

Hop on the Resort Chair just outside the building or take the shuttle over to the Village at Palisades to kick off your day. If downhill skiing isn’t your thing, enjoy ice skating on the private rink, explore 10 km of Nordic trails, lounge by the heated pool or reserve some time at the Spa. In the summer, explore the abundant hiking trails, cruise the bike path, play golf or relax and take advantage of the fantastic amenities at Everline Resort and Spa. Escape the resort and you’re only 7 miles drive from the shores of North Lake Tahoe and 10 miles from the town of Truckee.

This condo has a lock-off between the one bedroom with king bed and the studio with two queen beds, making it the perfect spot for the entire family or a group of friends. The king suite also has a queen sleeper sofa so there is a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and two queen beds, sleeping 8 people max. While it sleeps 8, the space may feel cramped so we recommend a max of 6 adults. With access to both sides of the suite, you'll also have two full bathrooms.

Prepare meals in the kitchenette which includes a mini fridge, 2 burner electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, mini dishwasher, coffee maker and cooking basics such as flatware, silverware, pots and pans. Alternatively, treat yourself to one of the fabulous dining options available throughout the resort. The 6th floor is accessible by elevator and looks out towards Palisades Tahoe and the valley below. Relax by the gas fireplace and take in the views!

THINGS TO KNOW
• Guests will be required to pay the nightly resort fee of $110/night. This fee is included in your nightly rates that you pay at time of booking. This gives you access to the pool area resort amenities.
• Everline offers two parking options at the resort. Guests can choose to utilize the valet parking or the self-parking lot. The self-parking lot is outside, and snow removal is NOT offered. We encourage guests to come prepared with snow removal equipment. Current parking rates are subject to change at any time and are set by Everline Resort.
- Resort guest overnight valet parking: $65/night.
- Resort guest overnight self-parking: $35 / night
• Coin operated laundry facilities are available on site. There is no in-unit laundry.
• Due to snow conditions ski in/ski out may not be available in early or late season and only available when the Resort Chair at Palisades is operational. The Resort Chair is for intermediate and advanced skiers and riders. Beginners can use the complimentary shuttle service to the Village at Palisades.
• Guests must utilize the ski valet. Ski and Snowboards are not allowed inside the resort or guest rooms.
• Pets are not allowed at Everline Resort.
