Nestled in Olympic Valley and just a short walk from the slopes, this ski-in/ski-out condo offers the ultimate winter and summer adventure. Located on the 7th floor of Everline Resort with forest views. Hop on the Resort Chair just outside the building or take the shuttle over to the Village at Palisades to kick off your day. If downhill skiing isn’t your thing, enjoy ice skating on the private rink, explore 10 km of Nordic trails, lounge by the large heated pool or reserve some time at the Spa. In the summer, explore the abundant hiking trails, cruise the bike path, play golf or relax and take advantage of the fantastic amenities at Everline Resort and Spa. Escape the resort and you’re only 7 miles from the shores of North Lake Tahoe and 10 miles from the town of Truckee. This studio can accommodate up to 4 guests featuring two queen beds, a full private bathroom, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. The 7th floor is accessible by elevator and looks out towards the back of the building with forest views. THINGS TO KNOW • Guests will be required to pay the nightly resort fee of $55/night. This fee is included in your nightly rates that you pay at time of booking. This gives you access to the pool area resort amenities. • Everline offers two parking options at the resort. Guests can choose to utilize the valet parking or the self-parking lot. The self-parking lot is outside, and snow removal is NOT offered. We encourage guests to come prepared with snow removal equipment. Current parking rates are subject to change at any time and are set by Everline Resort. - Resort guest overnight valet parking: $65/night. - Resort guest overnight self-parking: $35 / night • Coin operated laundry facilities are available on site. There is no in-unit laundry. • Due to snow conditions ski in/ski out may not be available in early or late season and only available when the Resort Chair at Palisades is operational. The Resort Chair is for intermediate and advanced skiers and riders. Beginners can use the complimentary shuttle service to the Village at Palisades. • Guests must utilize the ski valet. Ski and Snowboards are not allowed inside the resort or guest rooms. • Pets are not allowed at Everline Resort. EVERLINE RESORT AND SPA AMENITIES • Heated outdoor pool, children’s pool and whirlpools are open year-round • 90’ foot waterslide and plunge pool are seasonal • Two tennis courts (seasonal) • Ice skating rink (seasonal) • Seasonal outdoor area with lawn games. • 24/7 fitness center • Stocked trout pond and guided fly-fishing • Cross County ski center with 10 km of groomed Nordic trails. • Six restaurants on site and many shops. • 18-hole championship golf course. • The Spa at Everline • Holiday activities for families.
