Summary:
This 2nd floor one bedroom apartment is centrally located in Omaha, close to all major roadways, I-80, Dodge, and Center street. Great for long-term business, travel nurses, or extend stays.

**Please note that we are putting the finishing touches on staging this unit so the pictures are from a similar unit. We will update the pictures as soon as possible**

Other Things to Note:
1. There is no laundry facility on site, however several laundromats are within 2 miles of your apartment. We recommend WashWorld about a 6 min drive.

2. There will be lock out fee - $50,
unreturned/lost key fob fee - $50

3. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in our open lot. There are no assigned stalls. Each guest/reservation will be able to park in one spot.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be within walking distance of Baxter Arena. A kitchen and a TV are available in the apartment.
