full bathroom (2nd fl). Four Seasons Sunroom(2nd fl), office desk/chair, sitting area. Second Four Seasons Sunroom(1st fl), 50”TV, two twin-size sofa beds. Dining room has large table w/8 chairs, Full Kitchen w/new appliances. Restroom on 1st floor. Living room has two large couches. Coffee/Tea Bar. Porch with table-4 chairs. Basement is OFF LIMITS.
