Hot water wasn’t so hot, no smoking rooms smelled like old smoke. Elevator wasn’t working so had to carry all of our belongings upstairs

The elevator was out of order. We understood that...it happens. However, when we pulled out the sofa bed, there were dirty sheets still on it. It was also wet with pee stains. The breakfast was not good at all. The sausage was literally like plastic.

Room was disgusting, stains all over the bed holes in the ground and bugs on the wall and immediately turn around and left. They will not refund my money. Neither was Hotels.com. Neither did anything we had proof they didn’t care.
