My comforter had a large tear in it the first night, but staff was very responsive and brought me a new one. The next night though, that comforter had a large stain on it that they covered with another blanket. Other than linens, everything else was clean.

We loved having the additional seating area upstairs on the second floor. It was very handy for our family reunion. We were located right on the second floor, so it was very handy.

Room was clean, comfortable and staff went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience! Common areas were very clean and inviting, bistro and bar were not available due to staff issues, but had a reasonably priced mini market for snacks and drinks!
