We were very disappointed that the roof top and restaurant on the main floor were both closed. We did not receive notice of that when we booked. Expensive stay for just a place to sleep.

We had a great time. The room was clean and cozy very intimate we loved that. No hair dryer in the room that annoyed my wife. The empty area near the bathroom would be great place for a chair or a luggage stand. The gap under the door is pretty big it lets a lot of light in. Other than that great.

Great stay but wish bar(s) open - they are renovating. We didn’t eat breakfast so ignore ranking - no n/a! Option. Fantastic staff- all were great and went above and beyond for diamond member. Great room:quiet. Comfy bed. Showier door on backwards in 701. Might wish to caulk it so water doesn’t run all over floor. Would stay again!!!

They have an outstanding bar manager I think he name was El something. The room itself was average but not clean. The food is average. The valet was an issue with the employee having clear BO issues and smelled also like he'd smoked up weed ALOT before hand. The smell of his BO is still lingering in my car

While we have stayed here before when they first opened. We won’t be coming back. Unfortunately this isn’t the same feel as when it first opened. Such a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately the staff has gone to a different standard.When we informed the staff during check out that our bathroom/shower was covered in bugs ( I can’t confirm but what we may believe was fleas) We were left with thanks for letting us know. We left it at that and went on our way. The mural is beautiful, the hotel has a classic vibe but has lost that charm from the staff you would expect from this type of stay. The stiff beds, bugs, and the helpless staff were a turn off.
