Getting the turn into the hotel was interesting but after done one time, it was fine. Check in was easy and while pretty tiny, the room was clean and really what more do you ask for there. My big issue was the hotel advertises a buffet breakfast, but if you don't get the right "package" it doesn't come included with your stay. This is not clear when making a room reservation, especially when 99% of the time, a hotel gives a complimentary breakfast to those who stay with them. Pretty disappointed in that, but we found lots of cheaper, tastier options close by.

Very disappointed and will not stay again

I was really disappointed with our stay and what we paid for a 3 bedroom suite for our family. The king mattress was in the wrong bedroom,(the queen and king were switched) the floors were filthy (not vacuumed or shampooed, the walls and bathrooms were not cleaned. The lobby did not have hot coffee available. We will not be staying here again.

This hotel was nice, but something tells me it was haunted. My wife and I felt un-easy staying there.
