Everything was great, until we went to checkout at 4:50 am. There was nobody at the front desk for us to retrieve our car key fob from the valet service. We looked all over, and found the front desk attendant outside smoking weed.

Hotel itself was good as well as the staff. But the toilet in our room had no power and ended up clogging and over flowing making a mess on the floor. The environmental services person was very attentive and had it fixed quickly but even afterwards it still had barely any flushing power and almost clogged again.

We had two rooms that adjoined. It was great the front desk person put us together. The front area of one of the rims had not been cleaned. There was trash on the floor, crumbs on surfaces and floor and the tables had spills. The rest of the area was fine. Staff came to clean after we reported the issue. The front room furniture was not looking or feeling too good. Time for some new couches and chairs. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast is terrific with special made omelette and Also, the conditioner dispenser was completely empty. This is the 2nd time this has happened staying there. The beds are comfortable,
