The lady at the front desk went out of her way to be rude to my 14 year old daughter. My daughter and her friend went do to ask for blankets after waiting OVER 40 minutes for them to bring them up. When they went downstairs to ask if we could get them the lady told them “there is already an extra blanket up there, go look.” When you work in the hospitality industry you need to be respectful to people. I thought my children to be respectful to ALL adults but those adults need to be respectful themselves as well. Definition of hospitality: Hospitality means receiving and entertaining guests in a way that makes them feel well taken care of. It leverages ambiance, service and products or amenities to provide guests with the best experience possible.

I like that is easily accessible and seemed safe. The staff were genuinely friendly-Michael, especially helpful and supportive. However, the water in my shower was cool-not even tepid.

Now charge $10 for parking. It’s so busy there that you can’t even park anywhere close to the hotel. There’s no security to keep all the kids from running around like mad chickens knocking on every door in the hotel till midnight. Every adult I talked to had put a complaint in but staff seem to not care and didn’t do anything about it. Will not recommend staying here anymore. It used to be great but it’s becoming a mad house! Leaving today on a Sunday there was some sort of Muslim convention going on and we couldn’t leave the parking lot for an hour and a half! Traffic in that area was completely disorderly!

There was a football conference on our last night. Teens running wild. No chaperones. They kept banging on our door. Front desk would not move rooms. Call management or help to stop the problem. We drove home in the middle of the night in a thunderstorm. Disappointed that they wouldn’t help us. Especially since we were in town for a funeral.

Great stay. Loved that it was connected to the event we were attending. Didn't like how we had to pay for parking on top of our stay. I thought it would be provided.

The room we stayed at was ok, the beds suck , our room stunk, the shower needed to work , the managers social was ok , we stay at different embassy’s and they are all far better than the basic of this one , the first night the veggies were dried out and old looking last nights fruit was good and of course the drinks were good , the swimming pool was murky but warm, I’m typically not a complainer but for what you pay it should be 100-% better ,the shower needs dire help in the room we stayed, they were supper nice up front at the desk, the kitchen staff was ok but stressed and rude ,

The staff at reception wasn't particularly friendly, just doing their job. There was a staff member at the entrance who wanted to share the rewards program. We declined the first time. I eat gluten free, and there was no gluten free labels anywehere for the breakfast food. no GF bread, muffins or cereal. The person cleaning the tables wasn't very friendly either. The hotel was busy but we have seen better service. Also, note that parking costs $10 a day.

The toilet was broken, everytime we flushed it it would continue to run until i took the top of and adjusted the flapper. Also the bathroom exhuast fan was loud with no way to shut it off. Other than that it was a nice place to stay
