I stayed at this property on Thanksgiving and I was so pleased with everything throughout my stay. Even though it was a holiday, everything was up and running like it was a normal day. We had the kindest man check us in and he was such a delight! After a full day of holiday festivities and an evening movie - I was shocked to return to the hotel to see the same gentleman still working. And still just as delightful as he has been 8 hours earlier. The stay was great but your staff really pushes this place to the next level.

Breakfast was good! Hotel was very clean. Some things in room weren’t replenished-no tissues, lotion was half empty. They was an item from previous guest under the edge of bed. Overall, it was good.

My review is for the the Orbitz description. The description said the room had handicap railing for the toilet and shower - it had neither, and the toilet was low to the floor. The Fairfield staff upgraded me to an available 'handicap' room which had these things and worked well. I am glad the upgrade was available.
