Returning from Yellowstone and after several other stays we agreed that they had the absolute best breakfast with salsa, omelette, bacon, sausage etc

Housekeeping never came by my room once in my 4 night stay. I have no issues re-using a towel, but it was pretty disappointing. The parking lot is riddled with potholes and frankly dangerous to drive through for fear of getting a flat tire. On the positive side, great location and plenty of food / shopping options nearby.

Hope next time is better

On arrival there was a mix up with type of room. Easy fix. 1st room we went to was still dirty. Easy fix. She got us an new one instantly. Unfortunately it was handicap accessible so no bathtub like i ordered. Bathroom door did not lock or close correctly. Pullout bed was dirty and there were no sheets or blankets for it. I went snd asjed for some and she was irritated that she had to put her phone down to get me only 2 blankets. Ice machine never worked on 3rd floor and when i told them she just shrugged at me. Ran out of bfast food very early on saturday and did not replace.

The facility was very good, the staff was good. Breakfast was average for hotels. Used the guest laundry. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer worked so had to do a load before checking out. But that was ok as I am an early riser! I wish the hotel had been closer to my activity but that is not the fault of the hotel!!
