Property was really nice,breakfast was good only thing was the alarm in the building going off at 4am in the morning and they were trying to fix it went off 4 times that was not good . Alot of tired people in the morning.

Our stay was nice, breakfast was good. My complaint stems from 4am when the fire alarm went off. After 5 minutes or so, it turned off. And then started again about 25 minutes later. Both of these instances, we stuck our head out into the hallway, and there were no staff to be seen. Understood, you can’t be in all places at once, though in my opinion there should have been communication stuck under our doors for when we work up, apologizing for the inconvenience.

Checked in room key didn’t work and lock on door broke. 2nd room dirty. Went to 3rd room and no mattress cover and sheets had hair on them. Went and got clean sheets and made the bed myself. Very disappointing for a Hampton Inn.

Best staff!

The staff was awesome! Friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I would stay there again just because of staff. Location is convenient as well as the breakfast. Beds are a little hard for my liking though.
