Everything was great. Only issue was the amount held on my card. I didn’t have a car so I didn’t need parking and there were a couple other things but other than that everything was nice.

Room and amenities were great. Staff communication was poor. At check in, we were only handed our keys. No info on parking, breakfast or other amenities. I had to come down to the front desk next day to ask if they had laundry facilities. I also found out later that day that we were supposed to log our plate number and get a parking pass. That wasn’t offered at check in. When I asked if I could extend my stay, I was told that I needed to buy another room from Expedia. Then the front desk later told me I could have booked a room through the hotel and offered a discounted UNMC rate. Communication sucked. I ended up paying more money in the end. Location was a convenience and room was clean and orderly.
