Our experience staying here for the past 4 years , about 3-4 times per year, continues to be excellent. The staff are all kind and professional. They all go outta their way including Graciela and Rinaldo, who ensure the guests get a top-notch breakfast experience . Pam, the manager , is always so helpful… John works night shift and it’s always a pleasure to see him again. The pool is clean.. the rooms are spotless .. no complaints ! It might be helpful to have a way to watch Netflix or streaming shows, even if we used our log-in credentials to access.. A second elevator might also be appreciated . Thank you. Paige Walsh
