I needed a desk in my room to do work. There was no desk. I never thought to even ask about a basic amenity as that. And I could have used an iron and iron board. Basic stuff.

Room is small, AC very loud, $26 parking that is cross the street. I had late flight and missed connection arrived next day although i had email from American Airlines showing late flight and missed connection, they still charged for the first night.
