On a direct route to Eppeley Airfield, Downtown Omaha, Henry Doorley Zoo or College World Series Stadium. Sleeps 5. Walk 1 block to Grocery Store, fuel, and amenities. Pet allowed with deposit. No Smoking. Extended Stay Rates Available upon request. Please pay through the VRBO service, to protect your self and Lily's cozy Cottage.

Truly was a quiet place to stay and perfect for our needs. Room to run for our grandson. Great off street parking with room to turn around. We prepared several meals at the house and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

I had to contact the host by text to ask for the door code because I had not received anything from them even after check in time. I had messaged through the VRBO app, and they never answered there. After texting they were easy to communicate with. The house was nice, but it needed a deep clean. The shower had mildew that I had to clean out. Shower curtain had mildew on the bottom of it. I had to text to ask for trash bags as there weren't any, but the host was there within minutes to bring me a box. The house was a good place to stay overall. Bed was comfortable. House is in a good neighborhood. I liked how close Walmart was. It was very convenient. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, but there needs to be more supplies available, like trash bags and dish soap instead of dishwasher detergent. It also needs a deep clean with moving and cleaning under the big area rug.

This was our second visit in less than six months. The property is well located to our family & friends and has a great yard for pups and grandkids. The kitchen had all we needed as well as every other room in the house. The host is personable and responsive to our needs. Thank you, Shayne for accomodating us.

Host was kind and accommodating. Loved the charming little cottage but there was a couple of safety concerns. The shower floor is extremely slick with no mat or protection and my 67-year old, disabled brother fell twice. Also, there was no step to the backyard from the slider doors, which made the step down over a foot. We remedied this by asking a friend to make a wood step. Overall, our experience was good and I would recommend the cottage or stay again.

The house was perfect size for us. We didn't need the second bedroom. Easy access from interstate, Wal-Mart is close. Only complaints and it's not deal killer. No light on back patio and a step is needed for the back door. It was a pretty big step up or down if you have disability issues. Shayne responded to all questions instantly, we appreciate that.

We have stayed at the property before and thought it was very nice, however this time the bushes were overgrown over the entrance making it difficult to get in or out. The fence was broken as well, we didn’t have any animals with us but if we had they wouldn’t have stayed in the fencing. The home inside was dirty and we had to do quite a bit of cleaning to be comfortable which was pretty disappointing since we got in late to begin with. Ultimately the property has a great location in Omaha and has the right potential should they get the cleaning and landscaping under control. Nice added touch was there was an air mattress available at the property should we need additional sleeping space.

This is the third time we have stayed here and it was as good as always. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood and great location to get around Omaha. It’s great for our dog cause it has a fenced in area and plenty of other yard to walk her. The house is simply a cute little ranch that’s all you need. Plenty of parking and space for family to come and hang out.

Omaha nice

We stayed in this cottage for 3 days and found it very enjoyable. When we drove in the driveway, we saw the garage door badly in need of replacement, the trash can overflowing and the grass was uncut so we wondered that we would find inside. Due to the holiday weekend evidently things got out of hand outside but the house was comfy, the bed nice and firm and we had all we needed for a great anniversary weekend. The owner confessed to the 4th upsetting regular duties and came herself to clean up the trash can. We would stay there again and see the sites of Omaha.
