➝ Large, Private Pool w/ beach towels provided (don't have to pack those!)
➝ Patio with state-of-the-art gas grill
➝ Located in Central West Omaha, blocks away from Village Point Shopping Center with shopping, restaurants, movies and more!
➝ Fun-filled basement with 70" TV and games for the family
➝ Family Friendly - Pack'n Play, highchair and kids dishware provided (Pack n' Play only comes with the padding from the box, and no beddings)
➝ Cozy and Modern Décor
➝ 2 Car Garage
➝ Fenced in backyard
➝ Fully stocked kitchen with coffee provided
➝ In home washer + dryer w/ clean detergent and dryer balls provided

Nestled in a family friendly west Omaha neighborhood, across the street from a park. Blocks away from Dodge Expressway which will get you anywhere in Omaha the quickest. Village Pointe is minutes away with shopping, dining and movies, ect.
Other Things to Note:
Parties are not allowed, but please inquire for specific events that can be potentially approved.
Please note: As part of our standard process, guests are required to sign a waiver/rental agreement upon booking. This agreement helps ensure clear communication and understanding regarding property use, house rules, and liability. For security, cameras are located at the front door and back yard. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
For liability purposes, all our fireplaces are off-limits. Thank you for your understanding. :)
