I booked an overnight stay for one night. I appreciate the ability to get room service or use the hotel restaurant rather than using food delivery services since the options in the area are few. I was glad I could control the A/C in my room. There was no issue with having my dog along for the stay, which was great. The woman who checked me in was kind and the lobby was clean and pretty. I appreciate that the ice was in small bags making for a more sanitary experience than a normal ice machine. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The carpet in the room felt really grimy and a bit sticky/tacky on my feet. There was a mystery damp spot on the carpet by the bed upon my arrival. The shower walls had noticeable dirt spots and could have been remedied with a quick wipe down by housekeeping before anyone stayed there. Food: The dessert was delicious while the main course was lackluster. The man who took my room service order was very nice, while the person who delivered it acted as though it was a huge inconvenience. It's a beautiful building and I'm grateful for their pet friendly offering, but there were definitely a few key areas around cleanliness and service that could use improvements.

I reserved a king bed but got a queen, was told at front desk yes you did get a king bed sorry my bad. Didn’t offer me a refund and also did not get a sparkling bottle of wine. Disappointed.

Beautiful old style hotel!

I stayed in the executive loft. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Loved the lay out. For those who do not know, please note the bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. No water or sink in the living room area downstairs. I would stay again but water downstairs would be nice if you want to make coffee. Glasses up stairs n the bathroom would be great as well. A few little things I would change but still a wonderful room and AMAZING staff.
