The water pressure was very weak. And the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. The door on the fridge was broke so it didn’t keep anything cold. Otherwise I love the place, great vibe, very friendly staff!

Room was very nice and clean. Liked the old feel. Parking was good for being downtown. A lot of shops in walking distance and liked short walk to Orpheum. Restaurant doesn’t have much food to choose from but a lot to walk to. Bar has good drinks.

Someone’s (2 rooms) Dogs barked in other rooms. Instead of putting pet owners with barking dogs in the last room they have them in the front leading all the rooms and if you walked by (which you had to) the dogs barked the entire time you walked down 40 more rooms. So loud waking people at all hours. Sheets were dirty too. Dislike would not recommend. Blah

Beautiful hotel

We stayed at the Magnolia Hotel for two nights. We got a room with a Loft bedroom. It was very nice. The rooms were decorated well and comfortable. On the main floor was a small refrigerator and coffee maker. Because there was no sink on the main floor We did have to go upstairs to get water For the coffee maker. It would have been nice for the hotel to provide some bottled water for the coffee maker. Other than that small inconvenience we had a very nice stay

This was my second stay here and I would stay again. As a woman traveling alone on business, I felt safe and welcomed and it seemed as if the staff was aware and alert even late at night. The restaurant on site was wonderful and the service was fantastic. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful patio

Stayed here one night on our way through Omaha and really enjoyed it. It was a wednesday night and we scored free parking right outside the front door.
