First Floor Elegance

On the first floor, you'll walk into a spacious living room, featuring a large sectional couch, two swivel recliners, and a 65-inch TV. This floor also includes an easily accessible laundry area and a convenient half bathroom. Plus, just steps away, you can access the pool area directly!

Second-Floor Comfort

The second floor exudes modernity with its expansive open floor plan. Enjoy the inviting kitchen and dining area featuring a large island. Plus, indulge in entertainment with the brand new 65-inch TV and take advantage of the dedicated work area. As a bonus, you can walk directly outside through the French doors onto the covered patio. Relax and entertain in this spacious, open-concept environment.

Third-Floor Serenity

On the third floor, you'll find three inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom features a spacious king bed, a 55-inch TV, and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and ample closet space. In the third bedroom, guests can enjoy a bunk bed with two full beds and a twin trundle bed. Each room comes equipped with its own closet, bedside lamps, docking station, and fans. Additionally, the third floor boasts a brand new main bathroom with a spacious bathtub and shower, as well as a large vanity.

A great stay!

The house was great for two families. It was clean, spacious and a great location to get downtown Omaha. We spent a lot of time on the deck and in the pool. The host was helpful and responded to questions very quickly.
