Stay comfortably in Omaha at this 4-bedroom house. With 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, this delightful property offers a tremendous living space for guests with an open floorplan and lots of natural light. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi (with free Netflix), a large private fenced backyard equipped with a propaone grill, a washing machine and dryer, and a gaming table to play fooseball, air hockey or ping pong during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel appliances and a cooffee/tea station. All 3 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and/or shower, towels and hygeine products. The spacious family room on the lower level even has a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. This property is conviently located near shopping, restaurants, parks, trails and even a lake! Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather bedding on the beds that were used. It can be in a pile on top of the bed.
Please throw used towels in washer. No need to start it.
Please ensure all exterior (besided to the garage) doors and windows are closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful home in perfect location

This is a clean, modern home with lots of space. We had 8 adults and were very comfortable. Nice neighborhood with park (standing bear) nearby and short drive to downtown Omaha and the airport. Easy communication and check-in/ out. Would definitely stay here again.
