3 Bed, 1 bath approx. 1050 sq ft, efficiently designed w/ 2 bedrooms on main floor (1 King/1Queen) and an upstairs living/bedroom loft w/ a twin trundle (that pops up to make 1King). There is no dedicated dining room a counter height table and 3 stools are located in living room to provide a place to eat.
