Me personally the bed is killing my back. It's worn outdated mattress. Employees manager etc very nice. Breakfast needs eggs or meat.

Several times I had to get my room keys rekeyed. The stopper in the bathroom sink did not work. The lighting in the bathroom was too dim. Two of the lamps in the room did not work. The room was not properly cleaned - I found dirty socks in the dresser drawer. The floor needed cleaning and vacuumed. There was no ironing board in the room. I only had one clothes hanger in the closet area. The staff was great, but the room was not.

Our room did not have hot water. We went to the front desk twice and the issue was not resolved. The first time I told them there was no hot water was late at night after we had checked in and they said they did not have maintenance on site. I let them know the next morning we didn't have hot water and we were told maintenance would fix it that day. We returned after a day of exploring Omaha and still had no hot water.

Carpet in the room had stains all over it. There was mold, dirt and other debris in the shower. We didn't even attempt to use it. The toilet set was barely attached to the seat. The beds were so worn and you constantly rolled towards the middle. The walls were thin and we could hear everything the people in the room next door were saying. The pool had good potential and was large however the water was so cold my kids lasted 15 minutes before their lips were blue and they were shivering. Only one person at the front desk and took 20 minutes to check in as there were several people in front of me. Breakfast had very few food options or variety. Bagels and toast but only butter or peanut butter. No jelly or cream cheese. The only hot food option was waffles. There were only apples, yogurt, danish or muffins, and a couple cereal options. The milk for the cereal looked water down and not appealing.

Read the reviews on this hotel before booking. We booked and paid through Expedia. When we went to check in, they tried to charge again for the already paid rooms, which one front desk staff did charge for 1 room before I caught it and said something. I asked him if my money would be refunded, he said "yes, I think it should." I talked to 3 different front desk staff about the charge, each one saying something different. It wasn't until I showed the receipt from Expedia, and asked for a receipt for my room, that I got answers. It took 20 minutes for them to "print my receipt ", when in reality they were refunding the money they charged for my 1st room. They then asked me for a $50 security deposit for each room, which is understandable. After all was straightened out, we were told the "pool wasn't working", which was the main reason we booked said hotel. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, and went up to our rooms. They were disgusting. They smelled musty and dirty. There were stains on the carpets, and our 2nd room had brown questionable stains on the bed. We decided we were not going to be staying there, talked to Expedia about cancelation, and left to stay at another hotel. When leaving, the hallways and elevator smelled like marijuana. Very disappointing experience, and do not recommend.

The room was pretty clean, my only complaint as the strong smell of cat urine in the bathroom and the cat toy that was left in the room, indicating they didn’t pay attention to detail when cleaning the room. The front desk attendants were polite and helpful. The sheets were clean and the room was spacious.

Hotel in general was very nice and rooms were comfortable. Area surrounded hotel and parking lot was a little rundown and could use some maintenance. Waited in line almost 30 minutes to check in. Had two employees walk by that could have easily come and helped check in the line of people waiting but both just walked away. Lady working front desk was left by herself with a very long line of people and trying to answer 2 different phones at the same time. Swimming pool was freezing cold and could not even stand to be in there for very long.

Room was clean, issues with key cards for a lot of guests but staff got it fixed. Front desk lady seemed really stressed and it came off a bit rude. But no bugs, good sized room, bedding was clean. Fair deal for the price.

The pool was closed because of “ph” levels but we know that was not the case because there was a huge party by the pool area and my kids were very upset and crying because that’s the whole reason we stayed there was because of the pool. The manager didn’t care one bit not comp me for the stay. I talked to a bunch of other guests and their kids were very upset too. The other guests also knew the reason it was closed was because of the party. The rooms were gross. Springs in the bed kept popping through out the night. Street lights were shining in because the curtains wouldn’t close all the way. Bathtub was very dirty. Customer service was terrible! Will NEVER stay here again!!

We checked into our room to only find out the release broke and lights would not work. They gave us another room at first glance it was fine upon taken a shower the drain plug didn’t work correctly, there was a nose strip holding the wall paper together, we went to bed and it was broken went to move in the second bed and it was the same. We will be asking for a reimbursement.

Black people please be aware, scammer alert! They are putting black people in damaged rooms in hopes of keeping your deposit. Take pictures and report to front desk although it won’t matter! Yes it happened and yes I fought and got my deposit back.

The only problem I had was I had to keep having my key re-keyed every day I was there 6 nights so 4 out of the 6 nights it had to be rekeyed. One night I waited 25 minutes to get into my room.
