Room was not clean honestly the other bed was not made and had stains and it smelled like piss, bathroom towels had hair and do did the tub smh front desk staff was advised

Front desk staff is always amaZing but maid service horrible they do not know how to clean rooms i always have to clean behind them door handles dirty mirror dirty trash can filled with trash toilet oaper roll underneath sink vents to ac unit horrific and main maid lady very rude disrespectful and inconciderate she needs to be retrained with customer courtesy n communication skills

The price, the bed, the staff and the breakfast. You get what you pay for and more. Its inexpensive, the bed was incredibly comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. Was the room shabby and worn? Yes. But i think the staff is really trying to make this place better. People complain, if they dont like it then they should go to a $120 a night hotel.

I went to Omaha to meet my first great-grandchild. The hotel was less than 5 minutes from their apartment. Shopping close by, which was very convenient. Felt safe in the area. All staff was nice and friendly. Will stay here next time I travel to Omaha.

Sheets were dirty - even had blood on it. No garbage cans in room. Unable to get clean towels. Ice machines not working. Gym equipment broken and freezing in there even with heaters. Pool cold. Limited food at breakfast.
