The front desk guy was horrible. Not only that all the guest waited until 3pm to check in because they were charging people $25.00 for early check in and it was 230pm. Wow wanted to $25.00 so I waited as well. Also pool was closed the entire time for maintenance

The pool was closed and I asked for a refund. The hotel staff wouldn’t even talk to me because I booked through Expedia. Very disappointing. Hotel was in poor shape. Staff was not helpful or nice.

Staff was very slow in checking in, over 10 min. Got charged more than what it said on-line. One of the rooms in my booking had bed bugs, nothing was done about it. The Continental breakfast was a joke. Carpet in room was ripped down the middle of the walk way and they were very stingy on giving us towels. Also, every morning we had to have our room keys reactivated.

Lost a long time customer

I have stayed here several times but this is the.last. You allow guest to smoke dope its so bad you can't walk the halls. I asked for towels and was told "we don't have any" what hotel doesn't have towels! Stayed a week never got a room cleaning. Breakfast was ceral and yogurt no HOT Food. Disgrace to the Wyndham name

Chair by bed had white unknown stain on seat, also had brown spot in front of chair looked like feces stain. Peeled back sheets and blankets and found food crumbs all over sheets and blankets had to go ask for new set of sheets tables all felt sticky and dirty, also bathroom was not clean. The whole room seemed like it had not been cleaned in a while.

Front desk was a nightmare. Only one person working. I felt like i was bothering them for extra toliet paper and towels. The room didn’t have a blow dryer and got in trouble when i took a muffin back to my room. For the price it was decent.

Curtains were ripped in the room and did t shut properly, stains on carpet, holes in bath towels. Breakfast is included because there is nothing to it. Outside parking lot is dirty. Don’t waste your money.

I was place in a musty smelling 1st floor room, then the 5th floor room with broken door lock before given a room on the 6th floor. Needed to request cleaning service and fresh towels after 2 days. Pool area closed and breakfast did not have much of a selection. I honestly wonder how this place stays open.
