This spacious holiday apartment is located in a charming Dalmatian stone house in Omiš, just about 100 metres from the sea and sandy beach. The house is situated in a quiet but central location, just a few minutes' walk from the town centre, where you will find numerous restaurants, cafés, bars and shopping opportunities. From the private terrace, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and the offshore islands – ideal for starting the day with breakfast in the sun or watching the sunset in the evening.
The approximately 100 m² large apartment is located on the first floor and offers space for up to five people. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside tables. In the first bedroom, a baby bed is also available. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror, and its own washing machine.
The bright living and dining area with access to the terrace is air-conditioned and furnished with a cosy corner sofa (extendable), a TV with satellite connection, a dining table for six people and a fully equipped kitchen. The equipment includes an electric cooker with four hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine as well as sufficient cooking utensils and cutlery.
The approximately 10 m² terrace with sea view is privately usable and equipped with a table and chairs - perfect for relaxed hours in the fresh air. WiFi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are allowed (for an additional charge), and a baby bed will be provided free of charge upon request.
