Sat-TV, air conditioning and WiFi ensure the highest comfort. The apartment has a bathroom/WC with shower, a washing machine and a separate entrance.



The covered south terrace (30 m²) offers a fantastic sea view and invites you to have breakfast, dinner or relaxed sunbathing. Table, chairs, sun lounger and clothes horse are available. A paravan or plant pot separates the terrace from the neighbouring apartment, so you can enjoy your privacy. In addition, you have direct access to the garden with Mediterranean flora.
