Newly built villa, it's first rental season, with a beautiful view of the sea and islands. It is located a few km from the first beach, 8 km from Omiš, 36 km from Split and 30 km from Makarska. All locations are very easily accessible for day trips and enjoying the historical sights of the old town streets and squares.
The villa has 4 equipped bedrooms with air conditioning and mosquito nets for a peaceful sleep. Three rooms are on the first floor, and the fourth is separate, on the ground floor, with a separate entrance, bathroom and television. Ideal for those who want more privacy or want to be right next to the pool. All rooms have double beds that can be separated into two single beds in two rooms. Bed linen, towels and hairdryers are available to guests throughout their stay.
The kitchen is also fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals.
There is also a separate room on the floor - a laundry room with a washing machine.
The villa has three Android smart TVs with a variety of programs. Free WiFi is also available throughout the villa.
The heated pool is spacious, measuring 8mx4m and 1.5m deep. There is plenty of space for sunbathing around the pool and socializing outdoors. In addition, the three upstairs rooms have a covered balcony and an open terrace, which also offer a beautiful view of the islands, the sea and the nature surrounding the villa.
