This beautiful villa is located in Tugar, a small town near Omiš. It can accommodate up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms, and in the living room there is a sofa bed for two more people. The house is surrounded by a landscape that will leave you breathless. It has a private pool, barbecue, summer kitchen and a playground that includes a trampoline, swing, ping pong table and more. The house consists of two separate floors connected by external stairs. Both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and an air-conditioned living room. The first floor has 75m2 and a covered terrace of 40m2, two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The second floor has 85m2 with a 40m2 terrace, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One has a bathtub-jacuzzi and the other has a shower. The yard with the house covers over 900m2. This beautiful house also has a large private parking lot for 7 cars
Pets are allowed in the villa, the surcharge is EUR 12 per pet/per night. In the period March 15 - June 1 and September 10 - November 1, the pool is heated.
