Villa Mountain Lodge is a newly built modern and charming property with stunning sea, island and mountain views and with very cute outdoors. A fully air-conditioned 4-bedroom villa with free WiFi, spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, a charming outdoor dining area and lounge corner, a heated Swimming Pool, located in a quiet location of Lokva Rogoznica slopes, only 2,3km from the beach, where you hear nothing but the cricets and birds while surrounded with typical Medditeranean plants. All this makes Villa Mountain Lodge a perfect base for a well deserved family vacation or a retreat for couples. It is organized on a ground floor with 184 sqm of useful interior on a 1.069 sqm private plot.
The car is highly recommended, and there are 4 outdoor parking places in front of the house, secured for you. The parking and the entrance to the villa are covered with a video surveillance system.

* The OUTDOORS offers a private 7,5m x 3m heated swimming pool and a Salt electrolysis water treatment without chlorine, a sun deck area with 8 deck chairs, 2 sunumbrellas, an outdoor shower. There is a charming, covered and not overlooked outdoor dining area with a stone table and a traditional barbecue (woods, charcoal) next to it, all in front of the kitchen. Few steps lower, is a lounge corner with an oak tree shade and spectacular sea views, which makes this a perfect spot for a glass of vine or a cup of coffee in the morning. There is also a playground for your youngest with a slide and some toys.
* THE INTERIOR is very spacious and fully air-conditioned. It offers a spacious living/dining room with glass walls that give you a beautiful view of the sea and lots of daylight inside. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island with all the facilities you need for a very pleasant stay (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, dining table for 8 people). The living room with a very comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, Netflix, and Play Station 5. There is a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and ironing amenities.
