Great stay

We stayed for 11 nights. It was really great. Great outdoor spaces and amazing views across the valley. Indoors really well renovated and had everything we needed. Lovely couple who owned the property and lived next door. Big smiles when they saw you and even though language was a barrier we communicated well. There’s not much to do here but relax. Small supermarket 10 mins walk and we found a small taverna selling homemade wine in the local village and enjoyed that with the lovely host Ivan. You need a car to get about. About 15 mins drive to omis and 30 to split. The road is quite dangerous but we managed ok. We had trips to split, trogir ( a must) , Dubrovnik and the island brac from here but stayed overnight in some of those places. Pool smaller than pics showed and also a little chilly but otherwise a great place if you like quiet and are prepared to drive.

Fantastisk hus og sublime værter

Et sted der er værd at leje igen. Hus og udendørsarealer, levede fuldstændig op til billederne i annoncen. Ønsker man at bo udenfor bycentrum, så er beliggenheden fantastisk. Udefra ser huset ikke ud af meget, men det overrasker positivt, når man træder ind af døren, hvor huset er flot indrettet. Udover flot hus, så er udsigten fra terrassen helt exceptionel. Værterne bor i et hus ved siden af og hver morgen blev poolen renset, grillen gjort rent og fliserne fejet/vasket. De var utrolig imødekommende, hjælpsomme og gavmilde med velkomst snack og drikkevarer da vi kom og med smagsprøver fra egen avl under opholdet. De kan ikke engelsk, men med fagter og mimik gik kommunikationen helt ok. Ellers foregår kontakten med datteren, som kan engelsk og hun svarer med det samme ved beskeder. Kan varmt anbefale dette hus til fremtidige gæster.

Sommer 2021

Wir waren im Zeitraum vom 31.07. bis zum 10.08.2021 Gäste des Hauses. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Objekt. Die Einrichtung ist einfach gehalten. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön,der Pool ist etwas klein dafür ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus wunderschön. Ein sehr großes Manko ist die Lage des Hause. Es liegt direkt neben der vielbefahrenen Hauptstrasse Richtung Omis, dementsprechend ist es sehr laut dort. Ein Klimagerät ist nur in der Küche vorhanden. In den Schlafräumen gibt es zwar Deckenventilatoren, die gewünschte Abkühlung bringen diese jedoch nicht. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Très bonne location

Location conforme à la description. Accueil très sympathique mais limité par la langue, les propriétaires ne parlant pas anglais. En revanche Ivona par Abritel pourra répondre à vos questions en anglais. Maison bien équipée et au calme. Climatisation dans la cuisine au RDC et ventilateurs au plafond dans les chambres de l'étage. Deux belles SDB et une grande terrasse extérieure avec table à l'ombre d'une vigne et multiples transats en bord de piscine. Globalement une très bonne location.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub in komfortablem Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen Ort mit einem wunderschönem Blick auf die Berge. Zu den Stränden nach Omis benötigt man ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Brot und Kleinigkeiten konnten wir im Ort kaufen, für den größeren Einkauf sind wir nach Omis gefahren. Die Vermieter haben uns zur Begrüßung mit einem kleinen Imbiss empfangen. Ebenfalls bekamen wir je eine Flasche selbstgemachten Rotwein, Öl und Schnaps. Jeden Morgen wurde der Pool und der Grill gereinigt - es war schon alles sauber, wenn wir zum Frühstück aufgestanden sind. Zum ersten Frühstück gab es Tomaten und Paprika aus eigener Ernte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es gibt bequeme Betten oben ( 1,40 und 1.80 ) und Duschen mit viel Wasser, sowie einen großen Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach und eine Spülmaschine . In den Schlafzimmern und in der Küche befinden sich mobile Klimageräte. Wir waren zu sechst in der Wohnung, zwei Personen haben auf dem Schlafsofa geschlafen. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich komplett verdunkeln. Auf der mit Weinreben überdachten Terrasse hat man angenehmen Schatten. Wifi funktioniert überall sehr gut. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vor Ort. Man benötigt eigene Badetücher. Die Vermieterin war für uns jederzeit über Whatsapp zu erreichen und hat uns einige Tipps für schöne Strände und Ausflugsziele gegeben. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter. Auch für sechs Personen ist reichlich Platz vorhanden. Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub verbracht.

Toller Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung

Das Objekt ist ein „alte Bauernhaus“, welches top saniert und stil- und liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Eine sehr gepflegte Außenanlage, mit einem ebenfalls sehr gepflegten eigenen Pool runden das ganze noch ab! Zu erwähnen ist auf jeden Fall, dass die gesamte Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich gut ist! Dort fehlte es an nichts! Absolute Wohlfühlgarantie! Selbst wer dort im Urlaub mal online sein muss, das hervorragende Wlan hatte nicht einen Aussetzer und funktionierte sogar im letzten Winkel der Terrasse! Zudem waren sämtliche deutschen TV-Programme zu empfangen. Das idyllische Dorf liegt zwar zwischen den Bergen, dennoch ist man in 10-15 Minuten in Omiš! Ein Auto ist da natürlich ein muss! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind dort aber auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort ist ist man auch relativ schnell in Split oder Makarska. Wir hatten sogar einen Tagesausflug nach Bosnien und Herzegowina gemacht, über Mostar, Međugorje und Kravice. Zudem laden viele tolle, auch etwas abseits vom Tourismus gelegene, Badestrände zum Badetag ein. Wir sagen jedenfalls danke für einen tollen Urlaub und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wen es interessiert, wir waren zu viert, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenies..

Sehr sauberes Objekt gut ausgestattet

Sehr schön, die Leute super nett. Nur liegt es an der doch gut befahrenen Durchgangsstraße. Teilweise recht laut. Anfahrt etwas schwierig, Google Maps kannte die Adresse nicht genau.

Perfektes Haus zum Genießen - mit dem sehr schönen Pool besonders auch für Familien mit Kindern. Sehr nette gastfreundliche Vermieter. Lage bietet Erholung pur in kleinem Bergdorf mit hübschem Weitblick über Dorf und Tal. Kleiner Lebensmittelladen schräg gegenüber - vormittags geöffnet. Omis mit großartiger Landschaft nur 15 Min entfernt. Dort gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In Umgebung traumhafte Strände. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Über die Agentur jederzeit zuverlässiger, rascher Kontakt sowie beste Information rund um Haus, Miete, An- und Abreise. Danke für die unvergesslichen Ferien.
