Ruhige Lage Wohnung und Außenbereich

Standort günstig. Strand glas klares Wasser. Am Strand kann man ausgedehnt spazieren gehen. Ort Njivice bietet genügend Möglichkeiten um einzukehren. Mehrere Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung einkaufen zu können. Aufgeschlossene nette Vermieter, geben Tipps und Infos.

Urlaub in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet - toller Garten zum Verweilen - Strand mit kleiner Strandbar in Lauf-Distanz - sehr nette unkomplizierte Vermieter - werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen

Der Weg zum Strand zu Fuß ist ...

Der Weg zum Strand zu Fuß ist mit kleinen Kindern und Gepäck zu anstrengend. Es gibt aber direkt am Strand kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und machen eine Rundfahrt zur Begrüßung und zeigen die wichtigsten Sachen. Reisetipps:Krk Stadt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Restaurants am Hafen sind teurer, wir haben aber sehr gut gegessen. Vbmik ist eine kleine Stadt an der Ostküste mit einer tollen Altstadt.

Die Unterkunft ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sauber und ordentlich.

Für den Preis eine gute Unterkunft, mehr kann man nicht verlangen. Es wäre schön, wenn die genaue Adresse hinterlegt werden würde, da es bei der Anreise Probleme gab. Die Wirtin ist sehr freundlich. Das Objekt liegt in ruhiger Lage.

Gemütliche aber einfache Wohnung. Schattige Sitzgelegenheit in schönem Garten, deshalb Wohnung für uns zweitrangig. Sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem alles Nötige in der Nähe. Nette Vermieter. Strand zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Einfach toll zum entspannen. Reisetipps: Sehr gut gelegen für Ausflüge auf die Inseln und die Nationalparks auf dem Festland. In der Hauptreisezeit hoffnungslos überfüllt.

Es ist nicht mehr dem aktuellen Standard gleich. Der Garten war nicht gepflegt! Keine Liegestühle vorhanden. Das Objekt ist zu weit weg um irgendetwas zu fuss zu laufen. Mit Kindern absolut ungeeignet. Gastfreundlichkeit ist zwar voll gegeben aber das war alles. Das Haus war nicht empfehlenswert und für uns kein Grund diese Unterkunft nochmals zu buchen.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und gepflegt. Der Meerblick ist etwas schwierig und der Weg zum Strand ziemlich steil, hinunter gut, herauf sehr anstrengend.
