It is less than 1/2 mile from the SUCO campus – home of Cooperstown Baseball World activities. This home is very convenient to Oneonta Main Street shops and restaurants. You will enjoy the welcoming ambiance and the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer.
There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and one on the second - just right for a family of up to 5 people. A rear deck, complete with patio furniture, looks out over the back yard. There is off street parking for three cars.
