The Space:

This stylish apartment is newly renovated and offers beautiful vinyl plank flooring, over-sized rooms and picnic table w/grill in the back yard. "HOME PLATE APT 2" is a second floor (fully air- conditioned) 3 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, eat-in kitchen, living room with a 50" smart TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 40" inch or greater smart TV’s as well. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other two have full size beds. For families / friends that wish to group together, “HOME PLATE APT 1” is on the first floor and sleeps 6 as well with the same exact layout.



Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

Both tournaments; Cooperstown All Star Village and Cooperstown Dreams Park are now running on different 6-night schedules.

This rental is available only for Cooperstown All Star Village weeks.

We do not accept bookings for Cooperstown Dreams Park weeks, as their check-in/check-out days do not align.

Check-in and check-out are limited to the specific Cooperstown All Star Village dates listed below.

No early arrivals or extended stays are permitted, as the next group arrives the same day guests depart.

Each apartment has separate keys. Downstairs Apartment 1 washer/dryer is in front of the bathroom. Upstairs Apartment 2 washer/dryer is also in the hallway closet. The driveway/lot is shared with Home Plate Apt 1 with plenty of space for multiple vehicles.

Lots to do in the area. Welcome guide is on the entertainment stand and emailed before arrival.



Wilbur Park pool, just 5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820



Just a short walk away from the restaurants and nightlife, gives HOME PLATE an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".
