This private 5 bedroom 2.5 bath home is located just minutes from Main street Oneonta and the bustling commercial area of southside. Patten Place is a quick 8 minute drive to All Star Village youth baseball tournament park. Enjoy a quiet residential neighborhood while still close to downtown.

Don’t let the exterior fool you on this one, the home is very spacious inside! Enter into the main floor with the eat-in Kitchen overlooking the back yard, a large living room, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths all on one floor, no stairs necessary. The lower level has a 2nd living room great for the kiddos and 2 bedrooms. This home has been recently updated and redecorated to bring this classic into a new era, your host has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
