Quiet neighborhood, set against the woods, away from loud or busy streets with only one immediate neighbor
You'll have the whole upper two floors to yourself, with a private entryway. The only shared spaces are the back patio and laundry room. The laundry room is separated from the other unit by two airtight double-locking doors, with a bolt that's impossible to unlock from the other side.
The unit is complete with a fully stocked, large kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a tub), and comfortable living room. Outside, there's a large fenced in backyard. (With prior approval, a pet may be permitted with a fee)
No interaction with other guests necessary - the locked doors between the units are separated by the laundry room and securely airtight with fogged glass or curtains on every window to maximize privacy.
I keep an optional noise machine in the closet by the ironing board for a soothing sleep experience if desired.
