Besonders ist der überdachte Balkon und die bequemen Sofas im Wohnzimmer. Gute Lage nicht weit zum Strand. Modernes kleines Duschbad. Im Übrigen schlicht und zweckmässig. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände.

Appartment war soweit o.K, Bad recht klein, beim Duschen wird, durch fehlende Abtrennung alles Nass (Becken, Tür, WC, einfach alles). Für eine Abtrennung ist allerdings auch kein Platz.

Gemütlich aber sehr hellhörig und spärliche Küchenuntensilien

Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist funktionell eingerichtet und war recht sauber. Das Geschirr, Besteck und die übrigen Küchenutensilien sind zusammengewürfelt und sehr spärlich. Im übrigen ist das Appartementhaus sehr hellhörig und wenn im Untergeschoss die Rollläden hochgezogen werden ist man im DG hellwach, dies gilt auch wenn die Wohnungen geräumt werden und der Putztrupp anrückt.
