Just 2 km from the vibrant town of Opatija and 18 km from Rijeka, Villa Pia is ideally located for exploring the stunning Kvarner Bay region. Nearby, you can discover numerous beautiful beaches where you can unwind and enjoy the warm Croatian sun. The nearby harbor offers boat rentals for those wishing to explore the surrounding islands.

The famous Lungomare coastal promenade, a 12 km long pat provides a scenic and leisurely way to experience the region, far from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The garden of Villa Pia is truly a highlight, thoughtfully designed to impress your stay with mediterenean atmosphere and tranquillity. At the front of the villa, you’ll find a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for basking in the Croatian sun. Adjacent to the pool is a barbecue area with a charcoal grill, ideal for preparing delicious meals to enjoy al fresco.

The first floor of Villa Pia boasts a large, open-plan living area, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The living room, featuring a cozy sofa and a fireplace leads to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island.
