Endless Views - Opito Bay Holiday House

Located in the centre of Opito Bay, this basic two-storey, four-bedroom Spanish-style home has only the road and dunes separating it from the beach.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has twin single beds, both of these rooms have glass sliding doors opening onto an enclosed deck, the third bedroom has a double and a single bed.

The main rooms are a large open plan living, dining and kitchen space with extensive windows and a free standing fireplace. The dining table in this area seats eight people.

Leading off the open plan living/dining room is a deck area, enclosed with sliding doors and carpet tiles on the floor. This area allows access to the magnificent views of Opito Bay and far beyond. This can be used as an additional lounge or dining area as there is another couch and casual dining table.

Downstairs is another bedroom with a double bed. There is also a large games room with a pool table and divan beds. There is a laundry room which has an older style clothes washer and a bathroom off the games room which also has a chest freezer and another fridge.

As the deck barrier is below 1 metre high, all guests should take care in this area due to the risk of falls.As this property relies on tank water, boat parking or washing is not allowed.
